Win back your setup fee:

To encourage merchants to fully utilize the service and to promote it to their customers the fast start discount allows the merchant to “earn back” their setup fee.

When, in the first two months post sign-up, the merchant reaches each of the membership targets a credit of $50 is assigned to their account:

• 50+ members: $50 credit
• 100+ members: $50 credit
• 250+ members: $50 credit

These credits are cumulative so a merchant reaching 250 members have a total credit of $150

Monthly Fees:

To allow for larger organisations paying for their comparatively higher load on the system the monthly fee varies depending on the number of members in the merchant’s loyalty club during that calendar month. The categories are:

• 0 to 250 members: $40 per month
• 251 to 1000 members: $50 per month
• Unlimited members: $60 per month

Emarketing

All Eftplus accounts provide powerful Emarketing tools to help you identify and communicate with your customers. As anywhere, some communications channels are cheaper than others.

• Outbound Email messages: free
• Outbound Text messages: 17c per message (ex GST)
• Incoming Text messages: free (for example, when a person registers – 20c is charged to the handset)
