The system gets its data from your eftpos provider by email, once a day. That’s how we avoid any hardware, software or staff training at your premises.

Sign up for an EFTPlus account
Visit our Sign up page to do this!
We’ll set up an EFTPlus email address for receiving your transaction data, which will look like this:
(name of your business)@eftplus.co.nz -
You must be on the Paymark (ETSL) network
Look for the logos below on your till, paperwork or doors.
Paymark offer daily emails through their free Online Assist service. Eftpos NZ don’t offer daily emails to their customers. -
Make a single phone call to your provider
Call 0800 800 996 any time 24/7 and have your terminal ID handy (find this on top of any receipt). Choose the option called “Online Assist”.
Ask the representative to set up an automatic daily transaction email. Then give the email address generated just for you in step 1: (name of your business)@eftplus.co.nz
Answer a few simple questions specific to your business account, to check you’re authorised. Confirm your merchant ID number. That’s it for your phone call.

Type your merchant number into your EFTPlus site
If you haven’t already done so in step 1, enter your merchant ID into our system so we can link your transactions with your business.
Your provider should now automatically send an email every day which contains the transactions from the previous day’s business. We’ll be collecting these for you, as they power the EFTPlus service.
